TEENAGE DRIVER'S TESTING
Phil's Driving School offers onsite DMV license road tests for teenagers at our East Haven location twice per month.You will need to fill out an application before testing.
You will need to bring:

Upon successful completion of your road test and A Minimum of 2 Business Days you proceed to the Hamden DMV ONLY and purchase your drivers license.
A maximum charge of $84.00 will be required by the DMV for the license..
Students who are 18 years or older, who do not have a permit, must test at the DMV, for both the knowledge test and the road test.
Please be advised that there will be no refunds issued after 30 days
